In some states, if information technology is registered, it's worth a lot more than HF sells them for. PA, for case, it is VERY difficult to become i registered. You have to become to the State Police, it's asinine.
To go around that, it is possible to have a friend in another state similar OH or VA with less stringent DOT rules register the trailer with the Chinese title. And so you just transfer it into your name in the police state.... er, in Pennsylvania.

Awesome! Grad these are dorsum, I needed something to throw my four wheeler on when I can't use my truck. Was finding zip on Craigslist!
